Warranty Online Platform
In order to streamline the warranty coverage of Hisense’s products for all Online platform sales, the following Terms and Conditions shall take effect from 1st September 2020.

Subject to the conditions as listed in Hisense Warranty Card, All HA products sold from any respective Online platform is covered under warranty by Hisense (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase under normal usage by end user or project holder.

Subject to the conditions as listed in Hisense Warranty Card, All AV products sold from any respective Online platform is covered under warranty by Hisense (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase under normal usage by end user or project holder.

All other Terms and Conditions as listed in Hisense Warranty Card is applicable and remain unchanged. Hisense reserves the rights to reject claims for any services/works where the terms and conditions are not complied by any claimant/customer.

Hisense Management reserves the rights to change or amend the Terms and Conditions at its own discretion.
