Hisense Awarded Top Accolade by Canstar Blue Refrigeration Category Recognised with “Most Satisfied Customers” Award
SYDNEY, 3 November 2016 — Hisense has taken out the coveted 2016 Canstar Blue award for “Most Satisfied Customers – Refrigerators”– an accomplishment set to bolster the brand’s emerging reputation as a key player in the Australian home appliance market.
The customer satisfaction ratings were achieved by asking survey respondents who had purchased a fridge in the past three years to score performance across several categories including: overall satisfaction, reliability, value for money, food freshness, internal layout, fixture and fitting quality – with Hisense emerging victorious.
Andre Iannuzzi, Head of Marketing at Hisense Australia says the number one positioning in Customer Satisfaction for refrigerators is a reflection of the hard work being implemented across the category; from compact Bar Fridges through to top-of-the-line French Door Refrigerators. “How our customers experience and use our products every day is at the centre of our design and engineering at Hisense -so it’s deeply rewarding to get this kudos from customers themselves saying they’re happy with our efforts,” said Mr Iannuzzi.
